Refund Policy

I do my best to treat customers fairly. I understand that sometimes an unexpected situation can crop up and disrupt your plans. If this happens please let me know as soon as possible so that I can try to fill your vacancy from people on the reserve list.

However, because cancellations are difficult to fill nearer to the workshop date, please be aware of the following policy before booking:

General

I reserve the right to cancel a course if I do not have sufficient bookings. Notification of cancellation will be issued by phone (if you have provided your number) and email at least five full working days (not including Saturday and Sunday) before the course date.

Transfer of course places is at my discretion and is dependent upon availability. If course fees have increased since your original booking, you are responsible for paying any difference.

If I cancel a course

If I cancel a course you can choose either a full refund or a free transfer of your booking to a later date where there is availability.

If you cancel your booking

- If you cancel your booking more than 4 weeks before the workshop date, you can choose either a free transfer of your booking to an alternative date where there is availability, or a full refund.

- If you cancel your booking less than 4 weeks before the workshop date, you can choose either a free transfer of your booking to an alternative date where there is availability, or a partial refund of 50% of the original booking fee*.

- If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before the workshop date there is no refund*. No transfers are possible: if you wish to attend on an alternative date where there is availability you need to make a new booking.

* If I manage to fill the place I may refund 90% of the original booking fee.
